Shannon LaBelle holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling and Spirituality and is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She works from various therapeutic modalities including Somatic Experience, Self-Compassion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Focus Therapy, guided meditation, as well as art and nature therapies. Shannon draws inspiration from her many years as a yoga teacher. She is skilled at adapting her approaches to meet the distinct therapeutic goals of her clients. Shannon’s past experiences working in community and in-patient mental health and addictions programs has graced her with humility and a deep understanding of the healing journey.

Jeff Latimer holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). He also possesses a PhD and decades of research and statistical experience that allows him to focus on evidence-based approaches to healing. Jeff offers a non-judgmental and empathetic connection with his clients and believes that psychotherapy is most effective when the therapeutic relationship is strong and client-centred. He adapts his approach based upon the individual needs and goals of each client and uses a number of different modalities including cognitive-behavioural therapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, mindful self-compassion, and trauma-focused therapy.

Starr Oleniuk is a Registered Social Service Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health and addictions field, she helps her clients navigate the ongoing effects of childhood trauma, relationship wounds, parenting under stress, and recovery from addiction. She also supports families in rebuilding connection after periods of struggle or separation, offering practical, trauma-informed guidance that honours both adults and children. Starr's current practice offers groups and one-on-one counselling for individuals and families experiencing trauma, addiction recovery, and relationship/parenting challenges. Her approach is grounded, compassionate, and rooted in holistic healing. She integrates tools from Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, 12-Step-informed recovery principles, mindfulness, change and healing, and strengths-based approaches.
