Transforming Trauma for Men (New Group in May 2025)
Men often suffer unnecessarily in silence; but recovery is possible. This 8-week psychotherapy group is designed specifically for men who have a history of trauma and are seeking a supportive space to better understand how to transform their trauma and develop healthy emotional regulation skills. Each week, participants will develop a deeper understanding of trauma, explore tools for healing, and participate in group discussion with other men. The program includes a 30-minute one-on-one intake session, 16 hours of group work, a trauma workbook, and a 30-minute one-on-one debrief session at the end of the group.
The next available session starts on Monday May 5, 2025 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm for eight consecutive weeks.
Price: $800 (covered by most insurance plans) - a sliding scale payment option is available for those who would benefit from a reduced fee.

Each week, participants will develop a deeper understanding of trauma, explore tools for healing, and participate in group discussion with other women. The program includes a 30-minute one-on-one intake session, 16 hours of group work, and a 30-minute one-on-one debrief session at the end of the group.
The next available session starts on Wednesday May 7, 2025 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm for six consecutive weeks with a four-hour closing retreat on Sunday June 14, 2025 from 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Stage Two Trauma Recovery Group for Women
This group is available to those who have completed the Transforming Trauma for Women Group and have been positively assessed for readiness by the facilitator. Building on the skills and knowledge acquired during the previous group, participants will continue on their recovery journey by applying newly acquired tools to their day-to-day life. Through group psychotherapy, peer support, as well as evidence-based approaches including yoga, land-based healing, art therapy, and meditation, participants will expand their positive coping behaviours and deepen healing. This group is comprised of 3 blocks of 6 weeks that take place over a 10 month period.
Winter Session (February 23 - March 30, 2025) - Price: $700 (covered by most insurance plans)
Spring Session (May 18 - June 22, 2025) - Price: $700 (covered by most insurance plans)
Fall Session (September 28 - November 2, 2025) - Price: $700 (covered by most insurance plans)
